No-Bake Almond Snack Bars

I love creating new versions of no-bake snack bars 😍 They are so easy to make and they taste like heaven! Aaaand they are actually really healthy 👏🏼 Here I have created a version with almond and almond butter. A crunchy and sweet bar without being too sweet 🍬 Of course I had to add some chocolate on top for some extra deliciousness 😋


Almond bars english version:


  • 100g almonds
  • 125g dates
  • 1 tbs almond butter
  • 1 tbs maple syrup
  • Pinch of salt
  • 40g dark chocolate


  • Add all the ingredients, except the chocolate, to a blender or foodprocessor.
  • Blend until a sticky dough-like consistensy is reached.
  • Transfer the mixture to a bakingpan lined with parchment paper.
  • Press the mixture down evenly.
  • Let it chill in the fridge, while the chocolate melts ( the chocolate can be melted in a saucepan or in a microwave.
  • Pour the melted chocolate on top
  • Let the chocolate harden, before cutting into 4 big or 6 smaller pieces.

Mandelbarer dansk version:


  • 100g mandler
  • 125g dadler
  • 1 spsk mandelsmør
  • 1 spsk ahornssirup
  • Knivspids salt
  • 40g mørk chokolade


  • Tilføj alle ingredienserne, undtagen chokoladen, til en foodprocessor/blender og blend indtil en klistret og ensformig masse opnås.
  • Læg et stykke bagepapir i en bageplade eller rugbrødsform.
  • Tilføj massen til formen og stil den i køleskabet i mens chokoladen smeltes (chokoladen kan smeltes i en gryde eller i en mikroovn)
  • Kom chokoladen ovenpå
  • Lad chokoladen størkne og skær barerne ud i 4-6 stykker.
