Smoky Kidneybean Patties

These kidneybean patties tastes sooo good! They have a gorgeous smoky flavour and are packed full of nutrients. They work perfect in Buddha bowls πŸ˜‹ And of course they work great in burgers too! πŸ”


These patties are ovenbaked, flavourfull and crispy with a soft and moist middle 😍
They are easy to put together. Just add all the ingredients to a foodprocessor, shape into patties and bake. That’s a healthy and proteinpacked dinner in under 40 minutes! πŸ‘πŸΌ




  • 230g kidney beans (1 can)
  • 70g mushrooms
  • 1 small red chilli
  • 50g sundried tomatoes
  • 1 onion
  • 3 tbs sweetcorn
  • 2 tbs breadcrumbs or flour of choice
  • 1 tbs oregano
  • 1 tsp smoked paprika
  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder


  • add all the ingredients to a foodprocessor and process until well-combined
  • Form the mixture into approx 14 patties
  • add them to a bakingpan lined with parchmentpaper
  • bake them in the oven for around 35 minutes on 200c


Optional: Serve your patties with cooked quinoa, cucumber, tomatoes, sweetcorn, spinach, hummus and fresh koriander
